How do you integrate into my life & business?

We take the time to learn your style & step into your shoes so we can ask the right questions. It’s like having an employee on your side, without the overheads or paperwork. Our rates reflect the value of having a trusted local partner who understands the Australian landscape, can liaise directly with your clients & design solutions that last. You’re investing in long-term flow, not just short-term fixes.

Why are your fees higher than traditional assistants?

We're less of an outsourced task-doer & more like a second brain, body double & collaborative partner who can help you with everything from life admin & household organisation to business admin, project management & creative support. We’re here to build the scaffolding that holds up your ideas, not just chase the paperwork.

Most life & business tasks can be turned around quickly - often within a few days, and there's usually an assistant online for daily/last-minute tasks. Bigger projects (think launches, events, or building new systems) naturally take longer, but we’ll always set clear timelines up front so you know exactly what to expect. Our goal is to keep your life & business moving, so we prioritise what’s most urgent & make sure nothing slips through the cracks.

How soon can you have my tasks completed?

Yes! While O.C.D. is not a registered NDIS provider, we work with self-managed, plan-managed, and agency-managed participants to support their life admin and organisational needs. We can assist with scheduling, paperwork, systems & everyday tasks that help life run more smoothly for everybody.

Do you work with NDIS participants?

Nope. You don’t need fancy systems or special tools in place before we start. All you need are your devices, a willingness to share what’s on your plate, and we’ll take it from there. Some clients come with established platforms, while others arrive with nothing but a messy inbox and a motivation to enjoy more of their time. Either way, we’ll meet you where you’re at, set up the tools you actually need, not the million you don’t. For peace of mind we use secure platforms like Bitwarden to safely store passwords and sensitive details, Asana to track tasks and time, and the beauty of Apple’s ecosystem to keep everything running securely, efficiently & seamlessly.

How are you different from a virtual assistant?

We support a wide mix of clients, busy parents & overwhelmed professionals to solo founders, creatives & growing businesses. Some come to us with a specific project or problem, others are looking for ongoing guidance, and many become long-term members of the O.C.D. family. Even when clients move on, they take with them the lasting impact of having someone who genuinely cares step in, help them organise their life & business & set them up to thrive on their own.

Not at all. You don’t need to be running a million-dollar company or have two kids + the works to need support. Life & business admin are overwhelming at every stage. We're always happy to work with you to find the right support for your preferences & budget - our services are designed to be flexible & affordable.

Who do you work with?

O.C.D. is primarily a virtual admin service, which means we can support clients anywhere in Australia (and beyond) with both life admin & business admin tasks. With the right technology & creative usage we can do almost anything from anywhere. For clients based in Sydney, we also offer select in-person support when it’s needed - from events and household organisation to on-site project assistance. And because we’re natural connectors, we can also source and coordinate in-person support through our networks or tailored research. You'll always have the right help at the right time.

Are you an in person or virtual service?

We keep things transparent and simple. All of your life admin & business admin tasks are tracked in real time using Clockify, so we keep track of where your hours are going & how best to priorities tasks. At the end of each month your monthly hourly usage is billed either at an Ad-Hoc hourly rate or a Retainer package. This way you only ever pay for the support you need, with full visibility and no hidden surprises (even GST).
